​​We offer competitive hourly labour rates and pricing.

Regular labour rate:

• Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:29 pm (excluding holidays)
  
• Minimum fee is one hour labour plus travel to job site

Time and a half labour rate: 

• 4:29 pm - 7:59 pm Monday - Friday
• 7:30 am - 7:59 pm Saturday
  
• Emergency call fee is a minimum of two hours at time and a half rate*

Double time labour rates: 

• Sundays
• All statutory holidays, and holiday hours for 2024/25 as follows:
  
  • Christmas Eve Day Tuesday, December 24 (starting at 12 pm)
    
  • Christmas Day Wednesday, December 25
    
  • Boxing Day Thursday, December 26
    
  • New Years Eve Day Tuesday, December 31 (starting at 12 pm)
    
  • New Years Day Wednesday, January 1, 2025
    
• Every Monday through Sunday from 8 pm - 7:29 am
• Closest weekdays in lieu of stat holidays that fall on the weekend
  
• Emergency call fee is a minimum of two hours at double time rate*

*Plus travel to job site when actual labour on-site is more than two hours

For your convenience:

• We stock our most common products and fittings so that we have them on-hand for urgent service calls.
  
• We receive daily deliveries from many of our plumbing suppliers in the Waterloo Region who have access to thousands of plumbing products.
  
• Custom order products are also available through our suppliers. (See below)
